Had a really lovely dinner here with family. We were introducing family to new tastes and they managed well. My partner and I eat Indian, Nepalese, and Tibetan cuisines often so thoroughly enjoyed everything. The salad had something very bitter in it, likely fenugreek seeds, which I find too bitter but are an important spice in the cuisine. We ordered their Steamed Vegetarian Momo, Kurkure Vegetarian Momo, Samosa Chaat, Nepali Salad, Chole Bhature, Masala Chai, and Vegetable Thukpa.

Sadly I don’t have photos but next time I will. Went with a group from work and it was amazing. I had the chicken Malaysian noodles, a few of my friends had the butter chicken and also the chicken schezwan noodles. As well as the naan breads and complementary papadums. I was beginning to think we didn’t have much in Napier. But the food was amazing, service was amazing and the staff were so friendly. Definitely recommend. Since writing the first part I’ve have been back with my son and it was just as amazing and delicious as the first time. The service was awesome and our server (Babloo Thapa) was friendly and helpful, explaining the dishes. This time we had chilli, cheese and garlic naan, chicken tikka 8pc which came with a really vibrant green sauce that was to die for and mains were lamb korma with rice and chicken Malaysian noodles(again) cause it was so good the first time. Ohh and my son had a beer (he’s 30 so old enough) and I had a passion fruit mojito(so good). Was $114 which I thought was great, portions were huge and ended up taking some home. Again definitely recommend.

I ordered once from here as my usual favorite was closed, and to my surprise, I found a new favorite. Amazing food and quick service. I'd highly recommend the spicy vegetarian thuckpa if you have a cold or flu, clears you right up, the flavors are amazing and well balanced. 5 stars

We have been regulars whenever we visit Napier. And the food disappears so quickly I never got a chance to review them! Very authentic and delicious Nepali food. I am a big fan of the momos and the Thukpa. Feels like you're back in Nepal!! The staff are warm and lovely. Looking forward to our next time with them.

One of the best meals we’ve had in NZ. We made a reservation online but there were a few empty tables available if we had just walked in. There’s a huge selection of dishes to choose from. The staff was very attentive and we didn’t wait long for the food. The Everest Veg Soup is AMAZING! It is a little spicy but incredibly balanced and flavourful. There’s a chicken option of this as well. Dont hesitate- make a res and enjoy The Everest!!
